Sorry I never saw your notification until I explored this app a bit more. According to Dr Tenpenny, the app needs some work and she has a tech person working on it. The app mostly stopped working normally 2 months ago, roughly. I cannot post anything, at least from my iPad, nor can I play my own videos. Sometimes I can play others’ vids. I’m gonna try getting an update from her again. The app used to function beautifully.
