I am a mother, writer/artist, lover/student of life, and author of A Ceremony Called Life (Sounds True, 2016). To simply be alive and experience this wild and free-wheeling ride of being human is the greatest gift.I am also a metaphysical/spiritual guide, poet, and healing facilitator. My work focuses vulnerability, accountability, and presence; on living all of life as the spiritual practice; on helping us integrate our humanity and our divinity; and guiding us into a deep, rewarding journey of self-inquiry.
